We offer assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing, transportation, dietary needs, incontinence care as well as 24-hour programs dependent on the resident's preference.
Our Alzheimer's and Dementia Care residences incorporate uniquely detailed building designs and a circle of care philosophy ensuring an intimate, family friendly, compassionate environment through personalized care, which allows our residents to regain a sense of independence.
Our caring team redefines memory care by completing a comprehensive “Habits of a Lifetime” assessment of each resident, which details the life habits of your loved one. The assessment is used to develop a truly individualized service plan tailored to meet the resident’s personal needs and preferences.
